When you contact us

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company name and message. We use these details to respond to your request. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information.

Enquiries are saved in the website database and an email notification is sent to our contact mailbox. Website administrators can access these records. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate these services.

Website operation and measurement

The server and services that deliver and protect the website may record technical information, including IP addresses and request details. The form uses a short-lived security record to limit repeated submissions.

On the published site, we keep daily totals of page requests and enquiries. These totals do not contain names, email addresses or visitor identifiers. They measure requests, not individual people. Preview activity is excluded.

Cookies and storage

The form uses a temporary receipt reference to display its confirmation. It contains no enquiry details. Login cookies are used for authorised website administration. We store your cookie choice in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. If browser storage is unavailable, we may need to ask again.

Keeping and deleting information

Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, records needed for that work may be kept separately under the engagement arrangements. Email records, security logs and provider backups have separate retention requirements. Contact us to discuss information held about you.

Sharing and processing locations

We do not sell enquiry information. It is used by AVI and the service providers needed to host the website and deliver email, or disclosed where required by law. Providers may process information outside Canada. Contact us for information about the services handling your enquiry.

Your choices

You can email us instead of using the form. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Contacting us about a project does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Opening animation

Short session-storage flags prevent the opening animation from replaying on every page and support page transitions. These flags do not identify you or measure your activity.

Optional website analytics

We have prepared Google Analytics 4 for the production website. It is not active on this preview. Once enabled, it will load only if you accept analytics cookies. Declining keeps Google Analytics off.

When enabled with your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits and interactions with the website. Information can include pages visited, device and browser details, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Google processes the analytics data and may process information outside Canada. We do not send enquiry form contents to Google Analytics, and advertising personalisation is disabled.

You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings. This stops further analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this website. Withdrawing consent does not erase information already collected. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.
